Objective:

Establish VirtualVoiceHub, a virtual public participation platform anchored on the student union website, to enhance student engagement in decision-making and accountability processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy the VirtualVoiceHub platform ensuring user-friendly interface and functionality.
Coordinate with student union executives to integrate platform for budget allocation transparency and policy feedback.
Provide technical support and training to users as needed.

Deliverables:

Fully operational VirtualVoiceHub platform integrated into the student union website.
User guides and tutorials for students and executives.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in web development and content management systems (CMS).
Experience in developing and maintaining online platforms for public participation or community engagement.
Strong project management skills to coordinate platform development and integration.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage user feedback.
Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to provide user support.
