Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience and Skills)

Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/ horticulture and marketing or any business related field.
 5 to 8 years experience in an Agricultural field.
Business Management and Marketing will be an added advantage
Must have Good communication, reporting, negotiation skills and Self driven
Discipline and Integrity a must for this position
