What You\'ll Be Doing: 

As a Graduate Trainee – Admin, you will work closely with the admin team to ensure smooth operations in fleet and facility management, security, and administrative processes. You’ll gain practical experience while helping to keep our workplace efficient and well-managed in areas such as but not limited to the following:


Facility management
Immigration (managing expatriate) 
Documentation and record management
Security management
Fleet management
Accommodation and flight booking  


What We\'re Looking For: 


B.Sc. or HND in any field. 
0 – 3 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!). 
Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
Smart, resourceful, and solution-driven mindset. 
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven. 
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Sheets. 
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a plus!
