Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, commercial) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.
Design and implement data collection strategies to gather relevant information from various cloud-based sources.
Clean, pre-process, and transform data to ensure its quality and usability for analysis.
Develop and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve specific business problems.
Evaluate and interpret the results of data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and cloud technologies.
Participate in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure.
May document findings, methodologies, and code for future reference and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or) Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala.
Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS or Azure is a plus.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
Experience with data wrangling, data cleaning, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex data analysis into clear and concise insights for non-technical audiences.
