policies Assist staff to understand their job descriptions,functions,roles &
responsibilities.
 Advising linemanagersand staffon handling ofdisciplinaryissuesSupportand
coordinateperformancecyclebyensuringtimelycompilationofdocumentationand
reporting.
 Assistthe line managers in implementing and introducing employee engagement
strategies thatwillcontribute to teamwork and willenable a conducive working
environment.
