As Technical Sales Manager, you will provide leadership to your team to shape and develop operational plans to meet business needs. You will contribute to the execution of successful sales strategies for your region. You will be delivering successful outcomes for industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.
As a Technical Sales Managers, you will be responsible for:

Leading your regional sales team to help improve strategy, relationship development and customer focus
Positioning our technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solutions to gain and grow new regional business
Promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology through identifying new markets and building key relationships
Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams to increase market penetration
Providing technical guidance and support for our product range to create solutions for our customers
Building long-term relationships with potential and existing regional customers to understand future needs and requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

Demonstrate a solid background gained in an Sales or commercial environment
Have experience with production chemicals to assist wellbore stimulation
Be able to demonstrate experience in project leadership
Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on resume)
Be able to lead and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with customers and teams across the business
Have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach
