As our Finance and Operations Lead, you will look after the company’s financial health and operations. You will advise the CEO and COO about the financial implications of business decisions, are responsible for the general administrative operations of the organization as well as inform and influence decisions using financial data. 
Your duties include but are not limited to preparing reports, budgets, commentaries, and financial statements, undertaking financial administration, internal audits, and general operational administration of the organization. Preparing financial reports from multiple data points would be critical to this role. It is important you have experience in creating reports and insights. 
Key Tasks and Roles

Lead the Finance Function at Pawa IT Solutions Ltd.
Maintain the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of ledgers and all supporting documentation and compliance with internal and legal finance regulations.
Prepare internal financial and management reports and insights 
Ensure the implementation of internal controls, finance policies, systems, and procedures conform to the minimum and mandatory financial standards
Being a Critical point of contact with our customers; building a relationship that helps with efficient and timely collection of Accounts Receivables.
Maintain and manage healthy cash flows efficiency checks and improving on our Days payable outstanding (DPO) and our Accounts receivable turnover ratios
Work closely with the CEO in the preparation of the business plan and operational budgets; 
Develop and maintain effective office routines such as payroll, leave, and time off, utility management such as the internet, power, staff lunch, etc.
Responsible for scale procurement of services from reputable vendors ensuring compliance, value, and quality.
Managing the finance and administration executive.
Ensure adherence with local statutory financial compliance requirements, including vendor tax withholdings, tax filings, etc.
Overseeing general operations and administration of the organization with support from the finance and administration executive.
HR Administrative support with guidance from the COO.

Education & Professional Qualification

BS/BA /BCom in a Business or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years Experience in Accounts and Finance; preference in Management Accounting; in a Service-based environment would be ideal.
Experience in the human use of accounting systems QuickBooks/Xero/SAP or related.
Experience working in technology or financial services is desirable.
Experience in preparing reports and insights from multiple data sources.
Proficiency levels in Spreadsheet tools like analysis, reports, and pivot tables.
