Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR tasks. This role will support multiple functions including employee engagement, training, compliance, and payroll support. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR functions and be able to manage various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Coordinate training and development programs.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of HR experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
