Job Title: HR/Administrator
Reports to: Head of School/Principal
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR/Administrator to provide administrative support to our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, handling human resources tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage the school's front desk and reception area • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases • Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and students
2. Human Resources:
• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and training • Maintain employee records, including contracts, benefits, and performance evaluations • Coordinate staff development and training programs • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
3. Student Administration:
• Manage student enrollment, registration, and records • Coordinate student orientation and induction programs • Maintain accurate attendance records and report absences
4. Communication
• Develop and disseminate school newsletters, announcements, and updates • Coordinate school events, such as parent-teacher conferences and open houses
6. Other Duties
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Head of School/Principal • Provide support for special events and projects
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • At least 2 years of experience in HR and administration • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
