Key Elements of the Role

Report to the Sales Manager
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, especially in Corporate, Institutional & Govt sales.
Preparing activation budgets, projections and seek expenditures
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and offerings
Ensure planning and execution of BTL activities / demonstrations
Negotiate/close deals within approved budgets
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients / prospects
Setting sales targets for your respective team members. Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned targets
Training, Handholding the sales team
Competition update – Fortnightly report
Monitor the sales reach, plan and take corrective measures for growth
Adherence to Network Development and expansion plans
Ensuring adherence of achievement on Monthly sales Target for self and the team members.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,
Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales role in an automotive company
3W sales experience is an added advantage
Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets
Professional membership of CIMN is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suit
