RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning the overall HR strategy and creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training.
Assist the HR department in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, conduct research, and other duties required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

B.SC or HND with at least a year experience as an Administrative Officer
Computer literate on programmes such as Microsoft word, excel, etc. 
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Time management skills
Good interpersonal and communicative skills
Attention to details
