Job Description

Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with our organization's goals.
Prepare grant proposals, including budgets and supporting documents.
Manage grant applications and submission processes.
Build and maintain relationships with grant-making organizations and partners.
Monitor and report on grant-funded programs.
Collaborate with teams to ensure grant compliance and successful project implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in international affairs, development, international political economy, or other relevant subject.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Previous experience in grant writing and management is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal/intercultural skills.
Good organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet demanding deadlines and work under pressure.
Familiarity with international donors is preferred (BHA, USAID, ECHO, FCDO, GAC, etc.).
