The Procurement Intern will hold a key role in supporting the procurement department's day-to-day functions. The intern will gain practical experience by helping to source products and services, assisting with supplier & vendor relationships management, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:

Support routine sourcing and purchasing based on price, quality, and delivery lead times.
Aid in preparing purchase orders and tracking order deliveries.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, distributors, and product market trends.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including product catalogs, price lists, and invoices.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement expectations and requirements.
Assist in resolving issues with inbound orders, such as delays, discrepancies, and other vendor concerns.
Support vendor & supplier relationship management.
Monitor and update procurement databases and systems as assigned.
Assist in preparing procurement reports and analyses.
