Job Responsibilities:

Configure internal SAP ERP systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Supervise the operations team at company level in the adoption stage.
Upgrade the end-user's knowledge.
Install SAP server, database and application
Train new system users and set up their accounts
Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware.
Setting up systems and controls for IT governance.
Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
Project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Update documentation.

Qualifications, Qualities and Experience:

Work experience as a Senior Support Administrator.
Excellent Knowledge of SAP Business One Software (preferably with implementation experience level)
Technical skill in system integrations preferred.
Good knowledge of at least one scripting knowledge.
Solid understanding of business processes and operations.
Knowledge of system security techniques.
Bachelors in Computer Science or similar field with 4-5 years of experience.
