How best can one reduce on body fat?
  • Do fasting for starters of either on fruits only as your meal for the whole day for 2 days
    atleast a week , or eat once a day(omad) ,the one... meal a day should have all the nutrients you need for the body for the next meal that you eat the next day  more

  • you have to mind your diet, carryout regular exercises

  • Reducing ,sugars, carbohydrates, and doing exercise

  • Eat less carbohydrates, regular exercises, eat vegetables and fruits. Less fats and lipids
