Do fasting for starters of either on fruits only as your meal for the whole day for 2 days atleast a week , or eat once a day(omad) ,the one... meal a day should have all the nutrients you need for the body for the next meal that you eat the next day more
you have to mind your diet, carryout regular exercises
Eat less carbohydrates, regular exercises, eat vegetables and fruits. Less fats and lipids
