By crafting content that informs, entertains, and entices, the Digital Marketer plays a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and converting online shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
Create high-quality product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and other written materials that highlight product features and benefits.
Craft persuasive and informative content that addresses customer pain points, questions, and objections.
SEO Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings and blog posts for search engines, improving organic visibility and driving organic traffic.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and metadata for SEO to enhance product discoverability.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media content strategy to promote products and engage with the target audience.
Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
Email Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective email marketing campaigns, including product promotions, newsletters, and customer engagement emails.
Write compelling email copy and subject lines to increase open rates and click-through rates.
Content Calendar:
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a regular flow of content across different channels.
Align content creation with seasonal trends, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms.
Use customer feedback to improve product descriptions and content strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of content campaigns, social media posts, and email marketing efforts.

Collaboration:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Narketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Proven experience in content creation, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
