Duties and responsibilities

Building the capacity of HiH EA staff in supporting micro, medium and small entrepreneurs through delivering digital literacy modules.
Coordinate and deliver digital literacy coaching and mentorship sessions to trained MSMEs.
Scope and identify appropriate platforms for digital marketing.
Supervise and train interns to execute one on one digital support for members (Maintaining active social media pages, member page analytics review).
Carry out analytics on digital marketing trends and opportunities Content development and publishing of member’s goods and services.
Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Support MSMEs adopt and use digital solutions and tools in their enterprises.
Provide periodical digital literacy training reports as required Monitor, review and document program progress of MSMEs through the implementation process.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Specifications

Diploma in Marketing or Business administration with demonstrable experience in Information Technology. 
At least one years’ experience working with business management related ICT/ digital tools.
Experience in content creation and data analysis.
Exemplary ICT skills coupled working knowledge of business management software has and related digital tools/solutions.
Knowledge on apps and software development will be an added advantage.
Training and facilitation skills with ability to work with diverse business audiences at a group and individual level.
