Yes, such person will increase productivity and performance of the whole team

No, it may create a negative atmosphere within the team

May be not a good idea as the person can quit soon

It depends how you look at the word over qualified and what the job requirement are? So employ the person know the purpose for why they are employed.

It is an advantage to ur company as other workers will learn from having such an experience person around.
