It's said, people don't quit jobs, they quit their bosses. How true is this?

I can relate to that. I have had to quit 3 jobs due to horrible bosses. 1 I quit because my boss always accusing me of making sexual advances towards... his daughter. Not a chance she bore a close resemblance to Godzilla lol. The 2nd job I quit since my supervisor was actually the owners nephew who didn't know what he was doing. I had worked there for 10 years before it was sold to another company and I knew more about the operation than my so called supervisor. Each time he screwed up he would blame me and I got in trouble. Then the last job I quit I was constantly being belittled and put down and made to feel worthless no matter how much I tried. The final straw was when I slipped on the ice and fell and got hurt. Instead of seeing if I was ok I got shit for trying to do my job and called stupid. The next day I ended up in the hospital with a blood clot in my bowel and had to have emergency surgery. I have never looked back on quitting any of these jobs.  more
