The Remote Assistant will handle various activities including an ongoing project with GFK-REAESRCH . to help organize, schedule, and run mystery shopping surveys locally. The ideal candidate must quickly deliver accurate results and have a strong sense of understanding and accountability remotely.

Responsibilities:
* Calendaring and communicating work, home, and personal events
* Acting as a liaison between our private investors & brokers for financial-related activity.
* Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, and payment bills, which include ordering supplies, and cash movements.
* Have an understanding of financial matters including credit cards, and loans.
* Create and file work expense reports
* Day-to-day errands / other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
* Minimum of 1 year of professional service or caregiver experience
* Must know how to navigate and get things done in the City!
* Flexible and able to stay connected with & on the chat and email
* Get things done quickly, and naturally operate with a sense of urgency
* Understand that no task is too big or too small!
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
