In this role, you will assist our clients with a broad range of needs including conducting research sales and gathering data, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades.

What To Expect…
As a new CSR, you’ll be supported by leaders, coaches, mentors, and experienced CSRs over the first 18 months of your career.
First four months, conducting research on sales and gathering data through shopping and store surveys. Dedicated time each week to develop new skills and to connect and refuel – by exploring the career center, networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more!
As you gain confidence and develop proficiency in serving customers, get more variety in your work week by spending time building advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience working in customer service, research, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify alternative solutions.
