  • Ensure that all employment practices and human resources activities are within established standards, procedures, guidelines, and policies of the Company and labour laws.
  • Facilitate periodic review and update of Human Resources policies and procedures in line with changes in the regulatory and labor environment and organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate the staff recruitment, onboarding, induction, and separation process in coordination with management.
  • Manage the Leave database and procedures for leave scheduling & approval
  • Ensure that all personnel files are complete and up-to-date and kept in a confidential manner.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
