  • I. Ensuring all QMS documents in the division are filed, folioed
  • and properly recorded for ease of retrievability.
  • II. Ensuring safe custody of all records in Division.
  • III. Undertaking data entry in all QMS tasks.
  • IV. Review of QMS documents/Procedures of all Departments in
  • the Corporation.
  • V. Undertaking Quality audits, Follow-up audits and close outs
  • VI. Periodic review of the performance of Quality Management System
  • VII. Forwarding documents for approval to relevant officers after
  • review.
  • VIII. Packaging QMS documents, uploading them in the shared
  • folders and withdrawal of Obsolete documents from the
  • same.
  • X. Setting up and maintenance of QMS documentation, indexing, referencing & filing systems
  • XI. After audits, Supporting in the preparation of corrective
  • action plans and extensive analysis reports.
  • XII. undertake Compliance checks on the organization's Citizens Service Delivery Charter.
