I am a young naturalist, with over five years experience in mobilization, training farmers on Agricultural crop production, and farm Management. Some of the roles I have handled include; mobilization, recruitment and training of farmers, encourage farmers to adopt new farming techniques that improve food production. I have strong communication skills, personal organization and time management skills as well as the spirit of team work. I seek to secure a more challenging position that strives for both an organization's growth and personal career development.

  • ~Conduct yield assessment survey to the farmers who had been trained on Soil Protection and Rehabilitation measures.
  • ~Coduct the practical yield assessment in the farmers maize plantation, by marking two separate plots, measuring 3 m by 3 m each.
  • ~Harvest the maize cobs, weigh, shell then weigh the grains, and finally use the moisture meter to determine the moisture content. Repeat the same in plot 2.
  • ~Coduct adoption survey to the trained farmers, to determine the numbers who adopted and the success in adoption of the Soil Protection and Rehabilitation technologies.
