I am a skilled and dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist, I bring valuable experiences in designing and implementing robust M&E systems tailored to project or program objectives goals and missions. My expertise is as follow: ● Proficiency in supporting implementation teams to develop M&E frameworks which specifically align with project goals and ensuring accurate and relevant data tracking for more objective implementations. ● Program Monitoring and evaluation: I am a fresh graduate with Skill in monitoring program progress through the creation and utilization of effective data collection tools. I have experiences with community programs and projects implementation throughout all progressive stages to the end phases. I excel in setting and reviewing Key Performance Indicators for various work streams, ensuring continuous alignment with project milestones. Additionally, I am trained on Environmental and social Impacts assessments courses from sustainable development studies. ● Data Collection Tools: I am proficient at designing comprehensive data collection tools that effectively track project progress and provide valuable insights for decision-making.   • ● Monitoring and Evaluations: (I am a trained an M&E with experience of leading community developments as a monitoring officer as I oversee five (Youth union, Mother’s Union, Educations union and the staff’s union) offices` progress and performance with a critical follow up with their reports documenting every achievement, challenges, failures and the recommendation for improvements.
  • ● Environmental and Social impact Assessment specialist: I am experienced in EIA & SIA with supplementary skills and knowledge in Global sustainable development goals, enabling me to monitor and assess all developmental projects and programs based on their social, economic and environmental impacts to the lives and projection to the current and future generations.
  • ● Community leadership: I am a social worker with various rules within the refugees and asylum seekers in Kakuma refugees camp, with valid effect in advocating and voicing out community needs and challenges for interventions.

  • I Worked on all the courses by involving stakeholders in engaging into actions meant to addressing social problems facing individuals who are traummatized by different situations such as refugees, a sylum seekers, orphans and disability issues followiing set of exeperiences leading to the displacements from their home countries. I also work on problem sovling skillls, leadership and community advocacy throughout the courses.
