I agree Ruth. Breaking down the goal to actionable smaller portions is key. This points to the planning of the project. Detailed planning ensures no... gap is left unfilled. Everyone knows their responsibility and when they should come in. It enables a smooth process and everyone will enjoy their work. No one is overwhelmed. Being overwhelmed shows that either someone in the team is not playing their role or one took/was given more tasks than they could manage. A balance of roles among team members is key. more
