  • It's said, people don't quit jobs, they quit their bosses. How true is this?

The last job that I had was in 1991. I quit due to my ignorant and selfish boss, only to be called back to replace him a couple of months later. I... enjoyed the work for a time, but the lack of respect from the owner of the company and his son was the final straw. I haven't worked for anyone else since. Instead, I put my time into building my own businesses, and now my son is running his own company. It's best to keep it in the family. The family unit has been devastated by corporate exploitation. Parents aren't teaching their children skills. Instead, they are relying on a predatory system to educate and employ them. It is irrational at best.
I see this insanity far too often, and the lack of personal responsibility is taking it's toll.

  • I am professional graphic designer and I am interested in creating! I work also with videos. How can I get a project. How can I contact new customers?

You missed commenting on a couple of posts here.
I suggest that you save your advice and apply it yourself. That way you can share your results.
Are... you self employed and successful? Do you see opportunities everywhere or are you walking around staring at your phone like most people are doing these days? I see people struggling, but most of them are wasting their time surfing the internet, or pandering to corporations for a job instead of building their own business from the ground up. Many of you are walking past million dollar opportunities while searching for a low paying job.
I built two companies by following water. It flows, it expands, it changes as it's environment changes. Everyone requires it, and yet very few people consider it until they do not have it. They rely on a failing infrastructure to provide for them instead of taking precautions and taking responsibility for themselves. I feel that most of you are going to get a serious wake-up call before 2030, that is unless your vaccine induced cancer/stroke/blood-clots/cardiomyopathy kicks in first. And here you thought that a corporate job would be a good choice. OOPS.

  • Hi! When I started the job, there were three of us in the department. After three months, two people quit, and now I’m doing all the work alone. I can’t do the work of three people in just 8 hours a...

Have you outlined your complaint and asked for better compensation and overtime pay to get more done or suggested that you are unable to do the job by... yourself and need help?
Learn what you can and take the knowledge with you. If you feel that you know better than management and can do a better job, then do it. Compete with your company by starting your own.
If you don't have the capacity to do that, then stop whining, and be happy that you have lots of work, as others seem to be struggling to find a well-paying job that pays their bills.
When I started working for a chain restaurant way back in 1990, I did the work that 2 people were doing over two 8 hour shifts in less than 4 hours. I just knew how to do the job faster and better than the staff that were there. They didn't last long.
In less than a year I was running the place. I increased revenue by 250% and then I left to run my own business and watched as they ran that poor restaurant into the ground. That was the last job that I ever had, over 34 years ago.
Far too many people are complacent to work for others. All I see are people walking around with their heads down, staring at their phones. How can you see the opportunities of you aren't even aware of what is going on around you?
