  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinating with other departments within the agency, such as account management and finance teams, to ensure accurate billing information and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Invoicing: Generating and issuing invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on client contracts, project agreements, or services rendered.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining organized records of invoices, payments, and client communications. This includes keeping track of billing-related documents and ensuring they are properly filed and archived.
