  • Composed lessons/modules/content/learning objectives/performance goals (KPA’s) using Articulate Rise. Communicated via regular feedback with the various stakeholders from those organizations.
  • Developed storyboards for animated video learning games in PowerPoint or Storyline. One example was for employees from Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile, etc. who were required to sell Android cell phones. The game was presented almost as a treasure hunt with each new location unfolding the different features and specifications of each model, as well as explaining the benefits of each phone to customers.
  • Interfaced and strategized with the stakeholders to define goals, monitor and review requirements, scope and timelines for completion/milestone of various projects at regular intervals.
  • Acted as the Chief Editor for all writing and instructional design staff. Proactively identified team members needing support and provided support in developing training solutions to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
