Just be honest. Recognizing your weaknesses and failures makes it easier for you to fix them. You can simply tell them that these are things you are... working on.HR is getting more and more focused on soft skills, including honesty. Any sensible person can tell when you're lying or exaggerating. That breeds a bad rep. So my advice is that you be honest and them HR that you're working on fixing your failures. more
