Is it possible to become successful in spite of not having a college degree?
A person without a college degree has no "sign post " in his/her mind. This person will do whatever he/she can to become successful. Where as those... with college degrees have already a signpost in their minds . It's either you become successful as an Accountant or nothing else more

Depends what you mean by Work-life balance. Some people see work as life. And in this case, the equation is balanced properly
Yes. It's much easier to become successful without a degree than with a degree
