  • 1. Provide administrative support for staff and students within the Department.
  • 2. Undertake a wide range of administrative duties and responsibilities such as typing of memos and other correspondence, taking of minutes and report writing, and filing of documents accordingly.
  • 3. Act as the first point of contact for staff, students, and visitors to the Department.
  • 4. Receiving and responding to queries and redirecting queries, as appropriate.
  • 5. Provide general administrative support, such as purchasing/procurement tasks, booking travel and accommodation and organising meetings and events.
  • 6. Teamwork among colleagues for effective delivery of teaching programmes (undergraduate and postgraduate), as well as assisting with other activities that are essential for the delivery of excellent learning within the Department.
  • Accomplishments
  • 1. I have been able to work with seven departments and these departments had full accreditation by National University Commission
  • 2. Worked as Practical Coordinator at Centre for Entrepreneurial Development Studies (CEDS), Covenant University, coordinating all the practical vocations for undergraduate and postgraduate, 40 facilitators for each vocation, organizing in-house training for internal and external context and holidays training /programme to generate IGR, also organize competitions for awards and exhibitions within and out the University.
  • 3. Acted as Secretary in some committees at University
  • 4. Worked with Student Affairs Unit as a Hall Officer and as one of the members of Monitoring Surveillance Security (MSS), prosecuting offenders and preparing proceedings for their panel.
