Position overview
The Store assistant is responsible for driving sales through offering good customer service to ensure a delightful brand experience and maximise on sales through the various selling techniques like Product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, down selling, fabric care and any... other suggestive selling to potential and existing customers.
