  • Administering all Human resource-related plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • In charge of the farm’s recruitment process including manpower forecasting, job description formulation, and position budgeting to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Ensuring all new entrants are properly inducted and trained in all policies rules and regulations of the farm
  • Managing and updating contract renewals evaluation and probation management of staff attendance, leave management, employee relations including disciplinary process, conflict management, and documenting evidence.
  • Approving staff leave, updating it in the system, and facilitation of leave allowance.
  • Manage the designing of training programs from need identification to the recruitment of facilitators, provision of training facilities, and undertaking training program evaluations.

  • Manage the human resource department budget that touches on employee welfare from cleaning services, health insurance providers, and hospitality partners to the allocation of catering facilities to the farm.

  • Supervise the day-to-day office operation, administration, and coordination between farms and provide support when need be.
