I trained for two months in the cold kitchen and after two weeks of minimal supervision, I was the chef in charge of Luxe longe. I used to prepare six kinds of sandwiches and salads as well as sushi every day.

I also trained in the pastry where by I learned to bake various desserts, create pastries and decoration.
