Providing evaluations for all limited duration contracts before the end of 4 months of employment
Assisting the HR Manager with everything required
Helping late employees with access passes
Printing reports (e.g. Absenteeism, Timekeeping
Sending withdrawal forms to Provident fund
Archiving inactive employees’ files
Placing updated memorandums and posters on all notice boards
