  •  Develop results matrices, targets, indicators and weekly/monthly tracking of results for each component of the program
  •  Strengthen field-level M&E system through the development and implementation of plans, including M&E plan, Performance Management Plans, Logical frameworks and tools
  •  Lead in field data collection (Quantitative and qualitative data) and analyze, reporting that align with the project portfolio
