Tom Odera has worked extensively with communities both in Kenya and across the border in the horn of Africa through the IGAD/Conflict Early Warning and Early Response Mechanism (CEWARN) and has a good foothold locally due to his time at the National Steering Committee on Peacebuilding and Conflict management at the Office of the president, Ministry of Interior.
