  •  Provide specialized support to logistics operations and activities, following standard processes and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of assistance to Implementing Partners.
  •  Coordinate requisitioning and ensure timely delivery of commodities and supplies to authorised partners and destinations.
  •  Manage logistics vendors’ contracting activities including performance monitoring and measurement.
  •  Support gathering market intelligence, vendor assessments to support vendor selection process.

  •  Work with the Country Emergency Response Manager (CERM) to help design, implement, and maintain an effective system of procurement, transportation, logistics, and storage
  •  Facilitate and oversee the procurement of materials and supplies for Emergency Response
  •  Serve as focal point for large/bulk procurement requests and logistics
  •  Maintain open communication with the field and government to determine and understand specifications, regulations, and deadlines
  •  Conduct periodic internal audits of procurements and respond to procurement-related audit inquiries
